I used Modern Construction Nola to renovate two bathrooms, and on a tight timeline trying to beat the birth of a baby - and they delivered (no pun intended)! They were thorough and professional from the beginning, and were the only contractors who brought subs in to make sure the quote they gave me would be accurate and not incur unexpected change orders. Joe came up with an imaginative way to rearrange the walls of the bathroom/bedroom/closet that no one else had thought of, and throughout the project Billy was flexible with the allowances and also made sure that any mistakes on their end were fixed (hiring cleaners where there was an unexpected mess, getting the plumbers back out to replace some substandard parts that came with a vanity, etc.). Both of them were very hands-on; at least one of them was on-site every day of the project and stayed behind until the last subcontractor left for the day (all the subcontractors were professional and worked very efficiently!).
