Highly recommend! Very professional and excellent work.

I used Modern Construction Nola to renovate two bathrooms, and on a tight timeline trying to beat the birth of a baby - and they delivered (no pun intended)! They were thorough and professional from the beginning, and were the only contractors who brought subs in to make sure the quote they gave me would be accurate and not incur unexpected change orders. Joe came up with an imaginative way to rearrange the walls of the bathroom/bedroom/closet that no one else had thought of, and throughout the project Billy was flexible with the allowances and also made sure that any mistakes on their end were fixed (hiring cleaners where there was an unexpected mess, getting the plumbers back out to replace some substandard parts that came with a vanity, etc.). Both of them were very hands-on; at least one of them was on-site every day of the project and stayed behind until the last subcontractor left for the day (all the subcontractors were professional and worked very efficiently!). From the moment we contacted Modern Construction, they were ready to work with us. They were upfront about costs, provided clear timelines for when the project would begin and how long it was expected to take. Throughout the entire process, I truly felt heard. Their approach was always: What do you need? What do you envision? What can we do to make it possible? As can happen during construction, additional rot was discovered once the work began. They took the time to show us what they found, explain where the damage was located, outline what would be required to repair it, and make sure we were comfortable before moving forward. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and dependable. They cleaned up at the end of each day and always made sure we knew when they arrived and when they were leaving. It was incredibly refreshing to work with a company that communicated clearly, listened to our concerns, and genuinely cared about doing the job correctly. We had a great experience with Modern Construction and would absolutely recommend them.
